Amyloid fibril-forming segments prediction server

Introduction

This is a server for predicting amyloid fibril-forming segments based on the microcrystal structure NNQQNY and the statistical residue-based potential KBP(Knowledge-based potential). You can choose using the templates library(a little more accurate, but take more time) or the microcrystal structure to do the prediction.
